The “Cape Cod Cutting Board,” is a quality knife cutting board that is compact, sturdy, and light. The knife pivots on a fixed axis for repeated cutting in a fixed position. There is a slight depression under the knife to hold the product in place. There is a space under the handle to prevent hitting your knuckles and the cutting board section has an antiskid base. Knife color can be determined by the user to designate use.

Under the knife is a slight depression to hold the vegetables or shell fish in place. Easy to clean. Knife can also be removed for sharpening.
