How To Use
Instruction and Care for your Cutting Board
· Clean in dishwasher or by hand with the blade in the “down,” position.
· Do NOT leave the blade in the upright position when not in use.
· When blade feels loose in upright position, tighten cap screw with tool provided.
· Use supplied blade removal tool to remove and tighten blade.
· Take extra care in removing blade for sharpening
· Like all sharp objects, keep away from small children.
