I bought a cape cod cutting board from R.J.E. Inc. last week. I was making a turkey dinner for my family and decided to try it for the first time. I was kind of nervous at first when slicing a squash. I have arthrits in my hands and was unsure if it would slide on my granite counters when I pushed the lever down. I was surprised to find out that the rubberized feet kept it from slipping. The next item I tried was a turnip. Then carrots, potatoes and onions. It sliced everything with ease. I love my cape cod cutting board and would recommend it to everyone who loves to cook.
